I understand that activities engaged in with Life Groups may involve strenuous or physically dangerous activities which may include risk of injury to persons or equipment. This may include outdoor adventure and sporting events or indoor crafts and hobbies as well as other activities. These activities have inherent risk and by participating, I assume those risks.

By my signature below, I hereby accept such risks and acknowledge that it is my responsibility to assess my capability and fitness to engage in any activities with one or more of the Life Groups. I understand that my participation is voluntary. I waive any and all claims for any accidents which may arise in connection with Life Group activities, and as permitted by law I will indemnify and hold harmless the Life Group leader(s), other participants and the Coeur d’Alene Seventh-day Adventist Church, including their local, Conference, Union and Division leadership and members.
